Nestled in the center of the island of Oahu just north of Wahiawa and Mililani is the small community of Whitmore Village. This small, census designated community is home to about 4500 residents and is about one square mile.
The median home price is roughly $470,000, about $50,000 less then the state average. The median rent is about $1300 per month and about 59% of residents are homeowners with 40% being renters.
Whitmore Village is easily accessible off of Highway 80 just north of Mililani and the Air Force space, turn right on Highway 804 and you pass right through Whitmore Village. The small community is residential only with three parks; the Whitmore Community Park, the Whitmore Playground and Kahu Kani Park. Farther up the road is the Naval communications and telecommunications as well as NSA Hawaii, concluding at the base of the Ewa Forest Reserve.
There are several condominium complexes and single-family homes throughout Whitmore Village. Condominium started about $140,000 period single-family homes start at $370,000. Some higher-priced homes do reach as high as $700,000 in this community.

Whitmore Village is about 15 minutes or a little over 5 miles to Mililani. Honolulu is 35 minutes or a little over 22 miles. the Marine Corps base on Oahu’s eastern side is 40 minutes or a little over 31 miles.
